19. Footprints, COLA, Online Scheduler, and School Messenger
Thank you for the reminder of how to request tech HELP the fastest possible way! You all are amazing to be able to serve us so quickly! I really like the Online Scheduler to set up SEP Conferences. It has made the process of scheduling so much easier. I am glad I came to class to learn about Destiny. Thank you for helping me know about what is offered through our Media Library Centers.
I really liked how to request a help ticket on line. I have actually used this since our class and it worked like a charm. Some of the things I learned about teaching students how to properly use the computer are things I can to to enhance what they have learned in their keyboarding class. Great class.
