Reflections from the "Using Your Computer to Enhance Classroom Instruction" (Mac Basics) professional development course offered by the IT department of the Canyons School District
I look forward to using the audio enhancement in my classroom. Hopefully, we'll be getting the system soon. As a teacher, I will have more energy and the children will have greater focus. Research has shown that my test scores will increase significantly. It will save my tired voice!
I hope to get the audio enhancement in my room. I can see the value of having it. The students love to hear themselves and use equipment to read and talk into. This would be a great technological addition to utilize! I do have a projector, but it isn't mounted. That would also be great! A review of the projector was helpful.
I haven’t used my audio enhancement equipment for such a long time. This class has motivated me to get out the system and work with it again. Thanks for the many tips! The benefits for teachers and students sound great! It was also helpful to hear all the troubleshooting ideas for my projector. Thanks again for a great class! Donnelle Jensen
I have audio enhancement in my classroom. I was really interested in his statistics that he had concerning classroom learning. I was astonished that students learn better if I use the audio enhancement system.
I enjoyed the guest speaker today and I agree that the use of audio enhancement is a great benefit for me and my students. It has helped save my voice many times. I misplaced my audio equipment a few days ago and I could tell the biggest difference with my voice. I also felt like the students were not listening as well as they usually did.
